Melissa’s Makeover Reveal
The KC Glam Squad had done it again!
Melissa Mc Laughin was the Grand Prize winner of the JCBC Fitness Weight Loss Contest. As such, the KC Glam Squad offered to Melissa, a young active mom a complete head to toe makeover.
From Beautiful to Gorgeous!
Melissa had a spray tan by Andrea Irish of TanFastic Mobile, the only mobile spray tan Spa in KC. The hair and make-up was done by the professional team of the Nevaeh Salon.
We found the perfect outfit for Melissa’s active life. I selected a pair of color skinny jeans and a cotton printed top from Southern Blu Style Boutique which she will be able to mix and match with her existing wardrobe.
The accessories, handbag and shoes came from Trading Closets.
After all this pampering we had to celebrate and we chose to do it at the 77 South restaurant in Leawood. The reveal party was a great success, wonderful food, friends and family to celebrate Melissa’s hard work and success. 77 South began in 1971. This hip bar was full of red velvet, light up dance squares and bell bottoms galore and one of KC’s highlights. It closed after 9 years to reopen a few years ago as a modern, chic homage to a classic great time.
